Yoga is now one of the most popular ways of training. The physical and mental benefits are endless; From increase in muscle strength/tone to improving overall energy. A holistic way to de-stress, decrease in anxiety, increase in bliss. 

I have just graduated in hatha yoga under guru Peewee Sanchez and I will be forever grateful to her for opening my eyes and mind to yoga.
