I would rate my overall experience with Chelsee as 10 out of 10! She has an outstanding knowledge of physical fitness coupled with an excellent teaching manner. Chelsee is 100% commited to helping others achieve their goals and I find her very motivating as she mixes her sessions to give a "whole" body workout which you never get bored with. I feel a lot fitter since starting my personal training journey. I feel a lot more focused about my exercise regime and know what I am capable of! I have taken part in two of Chelsee's monthly challenges. After recently completing my second challenge, i have found both challenges to be motivating, inspiring, challenging, yet always fun. The summer body challenge was a great way to find new exercises for the whole body and i was encouraged to do something daily even on the /couldn't be bothered days'!. Chelsee's videos where a great challenge to showing us how to do the exercises correctly. The private watts group for challengers was also a nice touch and great support. Thanks again Chelsee for all you're support and hard work its very much appreciated.

I have thoroughly enjoyed Chelsee's June Challenge, it motivated me to get up earlier and follow an exercise plan that encouraged me to look forward to the day ahead. Her dietary advice was really helpful and very knowledgable and her constant encouragement and support really helped me. Although my before and after photos are not too different, my overall fitness levels have improved, My energy levels are good and stable and i overall feel happier.

I've trained with personal trainers for years before I arrived in Dubai. After having my baby (via an unplanned C-section), I contacted Chelsee because I wanted help to regain my fitness but with someone who was qualified to work with post-natal clients. Chelsee is a very special PT. She really does go out of her way to understand your personal goals but has also worked with me at a pace which did not place my body under too much strain too early and did not jeopardise breast-feeding. Unlike with many PT's, I feel Chelsee is genuinely there to help me achieve my goals rather than the other way around. That said, she does not allow slacking! She (gently but firmly) pushed me as much as she could and I have seen incredible results. For the first time in my life, I am truly working sensibly towards my goal weight and shape without resorting to fad exercise trends or diets. I've lost 2st and over 18 inches and feel happier about myself than I have ever felt in my life. More importantly, Chelsee supports doing this all the correct way and I have confidence that I am setting a good example to my little daughter who sometimes watches training sessions (from the comfort of Auntie Chelsee's arms - she is very fond of Chelsee too!)Chelsee builds programs which are full of variety. I love each session as I never know exactly what we'll be doing and have never felt bored or tempted to 'pull a sicky'. Whether we're outside running or inside skipping, using balls/weights or just my own body, I feel challenged and engaged.Aside from all of this, Chelsee is just a lovely person and I feel like I'm spending time with a friend while she whips me into shape! There is no price you can put on this especially when, as a new Mum, you feel guilty about any 'ýou time' you spend away from your baby. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chelsee to anyone provided that she doesn't become too busy to continue training me.

I never thought i would ever say this, but I love waking up in the mornings to train with Chelsee.
6 years later with 3 children and another on the way! I am still training with Chelsee and i can't recommend her enough for pre and post natal exercises.

I've been working with Chelsee for more than 2 months and have seen amazing results in that time. I feel stronger or healthier. She is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going; friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. I am really grateful for the time that Chelsee has invested in supporting a lovely group of women to improve their physical well-being. I found Chelsee's workouts easy and fun to do. I've been training with Chelsee for 9 months and have lost 14kg and many many CMS due to her varied, challenging,but ultimately fun workouts. For the first time in my life, I don't go to bed the night before PT, dreading the next morning. She uses many different techniques to exercise the whole body and I can't believe it, but I actually enjoy the training. Who would have thought?! Thank you so much Chelsee!! After giving birth to my babygirl i was so focused on being a mum that i completely lost all interest and motivation to get back into shape. A year later my husband found Chelsee on instagram and told me to try her out as she is also a post natal trainer. My sessions with her have been amazing! She has helped me get back into shape and most importantly helped me find my fitness mojo again! Her sessions are fun and different each time and she has really helped and advised when need be on the nutrition side too. After only a couple of sessions i already noticed a huge change in not only my body but also my self esteem. Thank you for making me feel great again Chelsee.
After having my second baby via C-section rather quickly after my first! I was a little bit worried about starting to exercise again and didn't really know where to start. Chelsee gave me the support and encouragement I needed to start exercising again and the confidence to then not only have our PT sessions but to also partake in other exercise classes! I saw results quickly and with chelsee keeping an eye on my food intake via MyFitnessPal, it really made me think twice about reaching for that extra helping of chocolate or second glass of wine! Would highly recommend Chelsee. She got me back on track after a c section. Her knowledge of diastasis recti & safe exercises was above & beyond what most pts know. Very motivational with her videos & advice too. Really enjoy training with her💪🏼
Chelsee is an amazing PT. I really struggled after baby number 2 with my fitness and she has really helped me to get back to where I need to be. The sessions are fun and never the same. My husband also joins some of the weekend and early morning sessions. If you’re thinking about it, then take an hour to try. I’m sure you will sign on for more!

Chelsee is a professional kind and knowledgeable trainer. I enjoy her sessions in particular her ability to integrate a range of activities from yoga, TRX, HIIT boxing and weight training. She is also knowledgeable and supportive around stress issues and nutrition. She is organized and always brings positive vibes! Love my sessions with her!
