Prioritising yourself 💖

No better time to do this than now in our current situation. A perfect time to form new habits and learning what and how to prioritise yourself. Even if that’s only for 10 minutes a day some days! Just please start practicing because YOU deserve it, YES...YOU 💖⠀

So I want YOU to write three ways on how to make yourself a priority and look at it daily, even more so on your yucky days. ☺️⠀

If you’re not sure where to start I will write a personal example below; ⠀

💖 Doing someone else’s workout- I know this is an obvious one for me but for me I enjoy switching off and letting someone else be the boss- but only for a short time time 😉⠀

💖 Locking myself away in the bedroom for an hour or two, sometimes even having a cheeky nap 😜⠀

💖 Journalling/creative time - A fairly new habit I am trying to form. I have always been interested to journal but had a lot (and still do) of fear and resistance within. But thanks to @minutesongrowth and her 21day guided journal. I am making a conscious effort to put down my phone for half an hour of a mornings and sit on my balcony and journal although sometimes I’m really not feeling so I will colour. I really do feel such a difference after it and even though it takes a lot more effort for me to prioritise this, I truly believe it benefits me. 🙏🏽⠀
